Registered Nurse - Float / Resource Pool

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Float/Resource Pool. The ideal candidate will have experience in Telemetry and Stepdown Units and will provide exceptional care across various settings within the region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in diverse clinical settings, adapting to the needs of different units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring appropriate interventions and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact RN license required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Telemetry, Stepdown, or Med-Surg nursing.
• Experience in Critical Care is acceptable if the candidate is proficient in managing Med-Surg patient ratios and acuity.
• Current certifications required: BLS and NHISS prior to start; ACLS is preferred.
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% or higher.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner.

Additional Information:

Candidates should be prepared to float to multiple locations within the region, specifically Laconia, NH, and Franklin, NH.
