This position is perfect for you if you have a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others. As a Front of House Manager at Castell Rooftop Lounge, you will be the right hand to our General Manager, providing guests with the best possible experience and creating a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values. You will also be responsible for assisting the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets and overseeing the restaurant's preparedness for daily service and DOH inspection readiness. What We're Looking For Relevant experience in a similar role in a craft cocktail bar or high-end establishment, preferably with a background in beverage management. Desire and motivation to work with a lot of energy and positivity Proficient in managing beverage inventory, tracking product usage, and implementing cost‑control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
