Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Analysis department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst What's the Job? Consult with stakeholders to define business needs or problems Conduct research, studies, and surveys to gather data and analyze issues Evaluate business processes and develop strategies for optimization Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and implement improvements Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or an MBA Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or related field Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook What's in it for me?
