Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,041 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Webster, Texas. Job Details Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hour shifts (days) Type: Travel Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee and supervise PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective setting following guidelines for facilities. Understand and comply with the respective PT board's rules and regulations, including state-specific regulations. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care. Understand and use adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care, modifying it as indicated based on patient's condition. Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience (1 year preferred). New graduates encouraged to apply. BLS certification (valid). State-specific physical therapy licensing. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend, lean or stoop for extended periods.
