Production Associate
Location: Reedsville, PA
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: 8:00 PM - 8:15 AM (Nights), 8:00 AM - 8:15 PM (Days)
Shifts: Day and Night shifts available
Pay: $19.37 hourly

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in Reedsville, PA seeking  Production Associates to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire providing flexibility and strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic products for quality, defects, and compliance with company standards
• Pack finished goods into boxes according to specifications
• Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Report any quality or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work experience (manufacturing or production preferred)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work either day or night shifts
