Legal Billing Coordinator

Join our AmLaw 100 client's dynamic legal team as a Legal Billing Coordinator where your attention to detail and financial acumen will help ensure accurate and timely billing processes.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with firm and client guidelinesCollaborate with attorneys and legal staff to resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of billing activity and client accountsMonitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and collectionsAssist with month-end and year-end financial reportingEnsure compliance with billing policies and proceduresQualifications2+ years of experience in legal billing or accountingFamiliarity with Aderant billing software (3E Elite, Coyote or similar)Strong Excel and data entry skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailPerks & BenefitsHybrid work schedule (2 days in office/3 day work from home office)Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysProfessional development opportunities
