Sr. Technical Program Manager, Platform Engineering

Salary: $148,700 - 201,200 per year Requirements:

• We have 5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
• We have 3+ years of software development experience.
• We have experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Preferred: We have 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Preferred: We have experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, creating sustainable processes, and coordinating release timelines.
• Preferred: We have experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to guide multi-million-dollar businesses and report to senior leadership.

• We partner closely with scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to turn use cases and requirements into successful projects.
• We continuously improve existing systems and processes.
• We launch product features, beta programs, and change management efforts.
• We anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• We identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• We drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.
• We lead cross-organizational planning and reporting for complex programs.
• We provide clear, timely status updates, including decisions, tradeoffs, and escalations needed to remove obstacles.
