Job Category : Client Services Requisition Number : CLIEN009580 Full-Time Responsibilities Supervise the work of a team of client service specialists Direct workflow and monitor workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly Train new client service staff in support policies and procedures Create and distribute documented resolutions for common client service issues Provide direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues Other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities Quality Focus Problem Solving Resolving Conflict Ability to Multi-task Physical Requirements Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
