Acute Care Physician Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced acute care physicians who want to practice in a collaborative, efficient environment-without the burnout of traditional urgent care or ED settings.

Our goal is to provide the best care for patients in the most efficient manner. By giving providers access to on-demand labs, advanced tools, our care model reduces wait times and supports every team member.

The Opportunity

• Outpatient urgent care setting focused on same-day acute needs
• Streamlined workflows designed by urgent care and ED physicians
• On-site imaging and labs, including CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and EKG
• Dedicated RN and MA support
• Access to specialty consultation and follow-up care
• Collaborative team with strong mentorship

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts
• Built-in lunch time
• 3-4 shifts per week
• No nights and no call

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 sign-on bonus + $40,000 retention bonus

Required Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Emergency Medicine
• Experience with treating all age groups
• Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior to start date
• Current Oregon DEA certificate required prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Urgent Care, Immediate Care, or Emergency Department experience as a physician for more than 2 years preferred
