Required Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator or Jira SME (several years minimum)
- Deep expertise in Jira configuration: workflows, schemes, custom fields, automation, and permissions
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and how they map to Jira
- Experience mapping and optimizing business processes within Jira
- Familiarity with Jira integrations (e.g., Confluence, Slack, other internal systems/APIs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders across departments
- Jira/Atlassian certification(s)
- Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Experience with scripting/automation tools (e.g., ScriptRunner)
- Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale Jira instances
