We are seeking a results-oriented Associate of Investor Relations with a desire to learn and grow. This role will be instrumental in assisting the Capital Markets team in managing, maintaining, and adding new investor relationships, while contributing to the overall success of the company. Candidate must be detail oriented, capable of owning systems and processes, and an outstanding communicator. Candidate should also possess a keen interest in finance, real estate, and investing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective investors, providing timely communication regarding onboarding, fund performance, investment opportunities, distributions, capital calls, and portfolio updates.
• Manage investor records, subscription documentation, capital account information, and fund administration workflows.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, legal advisors, and accounting partners to support compliance and operational processes.
• Maintain investor data integrity across platforms including CRM, investor portal, and reporting systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve internal efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong desire to learn and understand financial markets, investment principles, and real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in chat AI and AI for automation.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience in business development or a related field is preferred.
• A passion for the real estate or finance industry.
