Senior Salesforce Developer

A leading healthcare logistics and technology organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its growing engineering team. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work on a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem that supports real-world operational workflows across a national platform. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, and enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture. This position provides far more than routine Salesforce administration. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong Apex development expertise
- Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience supporting or modernizing Aura Components and Visualforce
- Salesforce integration experience utilizing REST APIs
- Strong understanding of SOQL and Salesforce data modeling
- Experience with asynchronous Apex solutions
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience with Git source control methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desired Skills & Experience • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Salesforce App Builder certification
- Salesforce Architect certifications
- Experience with Agentforce or Prompt Builder
- Healthcare, logistics, transportation, or regulated-industry experience
- CI/CD pipeline exposure
