Diagnose, perform surgery, and treat patients. Maintain excellent client communication. Accurately record all medical, client, and case information in the patient record. Review medical records, estimates, or discharge instructions with clients. Follow up with clients and discuss results. Set standards of care and protocols for medical and surgical areas. Promote practice growth and review financial reports. Communicate clearly and effectively. Collaborate with the practice manager for administrative tasks. Handle clients with sensitivity, tact, and professionalism. Mentor team members for career growth and personal development. Provide feedback on training programs. Guide support staff to ensure smooth shifts. Contribute to employee performance evaluations. Qualifications: Ability to lead and establish a vision for the team. Proven skills in performing basic surgeries and using standard medical instruments. Proficiency in laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, surgery, dental, and nursing skills. Patience and composure in stressful situations. Ability to stay calm and efficient during crises. Competence in giving SQ, IM, and IV injections. Knowledge of common prescription drugs, their usage, dosage, and side effects. Understanding of anesthesia and recovery states, and ability to monitor hospitalized patients. Ability to properly extubate, monitor temperature, and recover patients from anesthesia. Proficiency in English and in using practice management software.
