FAMILY BRIDGE HEALTHCARE SERVICES (FBHS), is a Private Home Care Agency that wants you to join our awesome team, in providing personal support services in a home setting. Various Shifts and Locations Available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (varies according to Individual's Care Plan)

Activities of Daily Living

Personal Care/hygiene Tasks

Grooming

Homemaking/light housekeeping Tasks

Communication/interaction

Nutrition/Meal Preparation

Mobility/Transfers

Errands/shopping

Observation, Report, and Documentation
