Your Role and Responsibilities Teaching & Student Experience: Creating exceptional and meaningful learning experiences for students. Community Support: Connecting with families, assisting fellow teachers, and managing curriculum and classroom settings. Studio Operations: Ensuring the art rooms and digital labs (the Studio) run smoothly. Events & Exhibitions: Helping to plan and execute school events and student exhibitions. Who We’re Looking For Prior experience in art education (formal or informal). A background in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field. An outgoing, friendly demeanor and comfort in communicating with parents. Strong organizational skills and reliability. A genuine passion for creativity and working with students. Must be able to work on Saturdays (9 am‑6 pm). Two of your weekdays will start later and end later (typically 11 am to 7 pm or 12 pm to 8 pm). You’ll have a day off in the week. Pay Annual salary of $56K‑$65K. Performance bonuses paid quarterly.
