Choose Your Shifts Shift Choices: 6 AM – 2:30 PM 3:30 PM – 12 AM Days: Monday – Friday (choose your shifts in the app) Pay: $16.50/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available) Location: Stanley Black & Decker – Martin, TN We’ll have you complete a quick observation shift before you start – just so you know exactly what you’re walking into. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in keeping production moving by: Working as a key team member on the production line, ensuring smooth operations. Setting up your workstation and contributing to changeover and Lean procedures. Collaborating with your Team Coach and Team Leader on assigned production duties. What We’re Looking For: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks while meeting standard production rates.
