Location: Eureka, IL Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Help Create a Clean, Safe Learning Environment

At ESS Clean , we believe clean facilities help people thrive. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Custodian to join our team at a local educational facility. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want a consistent daytime schedule, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Custodian, you'll play an important role in maintaining a healthy and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and staff. Daily responsibilities include:

• Cleaning classrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas
• Sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Emptying trash and recycling containers
• Cleaning glass, entryways, and high-touch surfaces
• Following cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management

What We're Looking For

• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable walking, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required -we provide training!
