About the Role:
Marvelous Child LLC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our growing team in Madison Heights, MI! This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a warm, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally-focused lesson plans for toddlers
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and progress
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activities
• Supervise toddlers during play, meals, and rest times to ensure health and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support program goals

Requirements:

• Experience working with toddlers or young children in a childcare or early education setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• CDA credential, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Ability to meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
