What You’ll Be Doing Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are performed efficiently, keeping the store clean, organized and our styles easily shoppable. Preferred Qualifications & Education High School Diploma/GED Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store Positive communication with associates at all levels Independent judgment and discretion when partnering with management Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures Effective team player Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours Physical Requirements and/or Environment Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques. Regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
