Join Our Team! Front Desk Receptionist Wanted at Urology Specialists

Are you a professional, outgoing, and positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Urology Specialists is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy healthcare team in southeastern Sioux Falls!

• Monday through Friday schedule with a half day off each week

• Shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with early Fridays ending at 4:00 PM

• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on call hours

What You’ll Do:

• Greet, register, and guide patients with a warm, professional demeanor

• Collect co-pays, verify insurance, and enter accurate patient data into our EMR system

• Schedule and reschedule clinic and ancillary appointments

• Coordinate interpreter services and assist with patient inquiries, directions, and wait times

• Process mail, manage vendor traffic, and maintain the front office and waiting area

• Record and distribute FMLA and disability paperwork

• Support billing and administrative tasks as needed
