Clinical Care LVN/LPN Compensation

• $37.17 per hour (W2)
• Benefits available after 90 days of employment
• 401(k)with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Clinical Care LVN/LPN Highlights

• Full-time contingent/contract assignment (approx. 32–40 hours/week )
• Schedule includes every other weekend ; shifts are typically 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours
• Schedules are built in 6-week blocks after an initial 3-week training/orientation period
• May require floating to other nearby clinic locations
• Start date: on/around  September 7, 2026(training schedule may vary)
• This is a  temporary/contract role; conversion to a permanent role may be possible but  not guaranteed

OVERVIEW

Provide direct, patient-facing clinical care in a clinic setting, supporting assessments, treatments, documentation, and overall clinic operations.

Clinical Care LVN/LPN Responsibilities

• Administer  oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, and document responses to treatment
• Support  phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
• Document patient medical history, medications, allergies, and related details in the  electronic medical record (EMR)
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and the clinical team
• Keep the clinic  organized, clean, and well-stocked
• Help connect patients to appropriate resources for self-care and disease management

Clinical Care LVN/LPN Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (must be in good standing)
• Minimum 1 year related experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in  Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room  
• EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Clinical Care LVN/LPN Preferred Qualifications

• Epic EMR experience
• Strong comfort with fast-paced, patient-facing outpatient clinic workflows
