Remote Manager - Professional Billing & Coding Ops

Boston Medical Center

Boston Medical Center (BMC) seeks a Manager, Professional Billing Coding Operations to lead the PB Coding Operations team remotely. Responsibilities include supervising coders, ensuring accurate CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding, and partnering with education to improve provider documentation and denial prevention.

Requires CPC and five years of coding/mentoring experience. Ideal candidate will drive quality reviews, staff development, and compliance with payer guidelines while supporting RAC and
