divh2Customer Care Coordinator - WT/h2pWe are currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team in Mint Hill, NC. This role is primarily an in-office position, responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience while working with Inpro WT Shade. This role requires a commitment to excellence in customer servicevia phone, email, and in personwhile collaborating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolutions. Were looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, leads with integrity, and strives to build strong relationships grounded in trust./ppResponsibilities Include:/polliRespond to customer emails, calls and in person concerns in a prompt and professional manner. May include billing issues, product information, service questions, ordering, quality and general client inquiries./liliDeliver world-class, 1 call resolution care to our customers internally and externally./liliAccurately quote and enter orders, demonstrating excellence and attention to detail./liliProactively identify and resolve problems before they have an impact on our customers./liliBuild and maintain professional and personable relationships with our customers./liliMaintain up to date documentation on each account with ownership and consistency./liliStay informed about product and system updates, and company changes, showing a commitment to continuous improvement and empowerment through learning./liliCoordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and external communication, modeling teamwork and shared accountability./liliAdhere to all company safety codes and standards, ensuring integrity and responsibility in every task./liliTake initiative and contribute to special projects as assigned, bringing passion and a solution-oriented mindset to every opportunity./li/olpThis role may be assigned other duties as needed, and responsibilities may change at any time with or without prior notice./ppQualifications, Experience and Qualities:/pulliPossess at least 1 year of B2B Customer Service Experience email, phone and in person./liliStrong verbal and written communication skills./liliAbility to represent yourself and Inpro WT Shade with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm./liliSelf-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively./liliEagerness to grow and learn showing perseverance and empowerment through personal development./liliPositive Attitude, high dependability, and a passion for exceeding expectations./liliProactive vs. reactive approach to business./liliDesire to learn company products and processes./liliStrong attention to detail, active listening skills, and a strong sense of urgency./liliAbility to prioritize time and tasks efficiently while delivering excellence./liliStrong organizational skills in managing emails and other pertinent files./li/ulpPhysical Demands Work Environment:/ppPlease note: the list described here is representative of what must be met by a teammate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
