As a CNA at Avir at Brownwood, you will be an important part of our residents' daily care and overall quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Obtaining and documenting vital signs
Reporting changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
Answering call lights and responding to residents' needs
Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Building positive relationships with residents and their families
Working closely with nurses and other members of the care team
Current CNA certification in the State of Texas
Compassionate and dependable
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team
Commitment to providing respectful, quality resident care
Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but we welcome dedicated CNAs who are ready to make a difference
