Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Waldorf, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time but 2-week periods may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Well-maintained fleet no older than three years including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting time.
- 100% no-touch freight primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rate .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35 with potential for 3,000 miles per week for dedicated drivers.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
