• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4 PM (10-hour shifts) with nightly on-call duties.
• Weekend Coverage: 24-hour call from Friday at 6 AM to Monday at 6 AM.
• Patient Load: Manage 10 to 15 patients per shift.
• Practice Environment: Inpatient setting with both inpatient and outpatient rounding.
• Supervision Structure: One Medical Doctor Anesthesiologist (MDA) supervising 2 to 3 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) daily.
• Procedures: Involvement in MAC, general anesthesia, endoscopy, gastroenterology, orthopedics, regional anesthesia, and pediatric cases.
• Required Skills: Proficiency in central line placement, arterial line insertion, and post-operative extremity blocks.
• Facilities: Access to three operating rooms.
• Compensation: We negotiate competitive pay, which is deposited weekly.
