What You'll Do

• Provide safe, effective overnight nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes

• Support STNAs and ensure consistent, high-quality care

• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the shift

• Promote resident comfort and safety during nighttime hours

What You Need

• Active LPN license in Ohio

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Dependability – especially during overnight hours

• A calm, compassionate presence
