About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll provide personal care services to clients, including:

• Supporting individuals with grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and help with daily routines
• Reminding clients about medications
• Reporting changes in client condition to the care team
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

What We're Looking for:

We're seeking certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are dependable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others live with dignity and independence.

Requirements:

• New York State Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate

• Physical completed within the past 12 months

• PPD (Tuberculosis) screening

• Rubella and Rubeola immunization or titers

• No high school diploma or degree required

What You'll Do:

• Provide personal care services to clients, including support with grooming, bathing, and dressing
