This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. The typical hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing structure while allowing work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver confidential, video-based therapy sessions to individuals and groups encountering a variety of mental health challenges.

• Guide clients through the process of exploring and processing their feelings, encouraging healthy coping mechanisms tailored to their unique situations.

• Collaborate with clients to set measurable goals and develop personalized action plans that empower them to achieve those objectives.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans using electronic health records systems.

The clients you'll support range widely in age and background, encompassing diverse experiences of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Many clients seek our help to navigate life transitions, enhance their coping strategies, or gain insight into personal challenges, all of which require a tailored and empathetic therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical practice experience, demonstrating an ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate therapeutic interactions and documentation.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous to streamline client management processes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
