Project Manager

Project Manager - Commercial Construction Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits (DOE) About the Opportunity We're partnering with an established commercial general contractor that is expanding its operations in the Dallas market. This company has a strong backlog of work and is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. If you have a proven track record managing commercial construction projects and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through final completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Solicit, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements. Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Lead project meetings and provide updates on schedule, budget, and progress. Partner with field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Oversee material procurement and project logistics. Mentor and support junior project management staff as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and construction documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
