Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our Elgen facility in Closter, NJ. The role covers routine and emergency maintenance of manufacturing equipment to reduce downtime and improve reliability. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot mechanical issues, read schematics, and support installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance programs.
