Garry Executive Search has been retained by a well-established, independent wealth management firm in the Twin Cities to recruit a Registered Client Service Associate to support a growing advisory practice.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced client service professional who is independent minded, thrives in a low-hierarchy, high-autonomy environment, and wants to build a long-term career supporting a high-performing advisory team.This role works closely with the firm's advisory and operations leadership, supporting a relationship-driven practice that is heavy in retirement planning, investment management, and estate planning, and serves a client base with a strong concentration of medical professionals. The Sr. CSA is a critical operational partner to a big-picture, relationship-focused advisor, owning the day-to-day account and client service work across both advisory and brokerage business that keeps the practice running smoothly.
