Certifications/Licences:

• Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association only.
• RN License for State OH

Mandatory Experience:

• RN Clinical Nurse
• Clinical care of Surgical and Trauma ICU patients.
• Qualifications: Current, valid Ohio nursing license; BLS AND ACLS from the American Heart Association only.
• Preferred Qualifications: One year (1) Trauma or Surgical ICU experience.
• Required Licenses/Certifications: Current Ohio RN license; Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association only.
• Physical Environment/Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance.
• Network access and/or applications needed: Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, Outlook
