Procurement Agent Full Time Role ONLY USC Needed Join our team as a Procurement Agent and help drive procurement strategies for IT, engineering software, and business services. You’ll work with internal teams and vendors to manage contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure smooth purchasing operations. What You’ll Do: Lead sourcing efforts for IT, HR, and other business service categories Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts (SOWs, MPSAs, MPAs, etc.) Support the RFx process and vendor selection Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards Analyze costs and contribute to cost-saving initiatives Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing Strong contract negotiation and communication skills Experience with IT/software contracting is a big plus Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field (Or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Intellectt Inc
