Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | 14-week assignment | Projected Start: October 5, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Birthing Center setting
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5, delivering compassionate, patient-focused nursing care throughout the labor and delivery process
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Float to other units as needed — float requirements are non-negotiable
• Adhere to weekend and on-call requirements as determined by the facility
• Maintain current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with Labor and Delivery experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience
• Hands-on Labor and Birth experience is required
• Flu vaccination or a client-approved exemption is required for all travelers from November 1 through April 1
• Must be willing and able to float as needed — non-negotiable

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Patient-focused team player with a flexible, positive attitude
• Comfort working in a high-acuity birthing center environment
