This role manages field leadership teams—including Foremen, General Foremen, and Site Superintendents—and ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. What You Will DoLead and manage operations across multiple electrical construction projectsProvide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to field leadership teamsCollaborate with operations leadership to plan staffing and resource allocationOversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and milestone executionEnforce and promote company safety policies and proceduresReview project plans, blueprints, and specificationsMonitor budgets, labor productivity, and project performanceCommunicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholdersIdentify process improvements and operational efficienciesParticipate in project planning and coordination meetingsSupport pre-fabrication initiatives and strategic field planningBe available and responsive to field needs as requiredWhat You BringJourneyman Electrician license or equivalent preferred15+ years of experience in electrical construction5+ years in a senior field leadership roleExperience managing multiple concurrent electrical projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodsProven ability to lead and develop field personnelExperience with project scheduling, manpower planning, and budgetingProficiency with Microsoft 365, Autodesk, and BluebeamExperience with Procore, Trello, or Primavera is a plusOSHA 30 certificationAbility to manage priorities and make decisions in high-pressure environmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsWillingness to be available as needed to support field operationsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
