Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.26 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document reported issues, and coordinate the appropriate response for security‑related incidents across the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, relaying timely information to on‑site personnel, property management, and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, while helping to deter unwanted activity and reporting maintenance concerns, access issues, and other unusual conditions. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, and support access control, visitor coordination, and other security‑related operations within a commercial real estate environment. Minimum Requirements Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
