Industrial Services Site Coordinator Industrial Services Site Coordinator Job Description Summary Coordinates various aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Accountable for planning and coordinating project scheduling and administrative tasks. Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics as defined by department heads or project specification analysts. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures as outlined by company officers. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Provides primary administrative assistance to management staff as needed. Coordinates board meeting communication. Assists with special projects as needed. Maintains and updates company directories. Performs basic equipment maintenance. Reviews daily management reports. Performs prospecting calls. Stocks and maintains store showroom merchandise. Follows standard operating procedures. Performs other duties as assigned by manager. Requirements Education & Experience: 1+ year equipment rental or related industry experience. Able to read instructions, numbers legibly in English. Physical capability to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel; sit or stand for long periods. Must be very flexible to travel and work after hours. Physical Demands Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds. Some positions may require driving for long periods, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions, and/or night and weekend work.
