We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing Talent Acquisition team supporting a large, well-established organization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent employment. Candidates living between Manhattan and Rockland County are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance. Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and sourcing strategies. Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruiting support. Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree required. 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Full-Cycle Recruiting experience. Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines. Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, AI-powered sourcing, and recruitment tools. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Preferred Experience High-volume and professional recruitment experience.
