Program Coordinator - IT Demand Management

Role Overview Join Electrolux Group as a Program Coordinator - IT Demand Management to manage IT demands across North America. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to ensure requests are clearly defined, properly prioritized, and delivered efficiently. What You Will Do Coordinate intake, scoping, and tracking of IT enhancement requests. Manage demand backlog. Identify cross-functional dependencies. Track vendor-delivered work. Preferred: experience with ServiceNow or similar demand/project tracking tools. Requirements Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, or IT demand/project support. Familiarity with project management principles and PMI terminology. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional business and IT teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
