IT Manager

IT Manager (Hands-On) We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to oversee day-to-day technology operations across a multi-site environment. This role is responsible for maintaining stability, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly during a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily IT operations and support across multiple locations
* Provide hands-on support for infrastructure, endpoints, networks, and business applications
* Troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations
* Support user access, system performance, and application functionality
* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
* Ensure consistent support and service delivery across sites
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or support
* Prior experience in a hands-on IT leadership
* Strong experience with Microsoft 365, networking, endpoints, and user support
* Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working onsite with occasional travel

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
