The Opportunity We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated finance/accounting professional to support financial operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for month‑end closing activities, analyzing expense fluctuations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and US GAAP. The position oversees financial control of inventory and fixed assets, including stock provisioning, average costing, and coordination of physical inventory audits. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing financial reports, supporting internal departments with accurate and timely transaction reporting, and assisting with external audit requirements. Responsibilities Perform month‑end closing. Analyze monthly fluctuations of expenses by examining general ledgers. Review expense vouchers and backups to check compliance with company policies and US GAAP. Provide guidelines and support to each department to ensure all accounting transactions are properly booked and reported in a timely manner. Financial control of all aspects of stock, including provisioning and average costings. Financial control of all fixed assets. Plan and coordinate bi‑annual and quarterly audits of physical inventory and report findings to management and company headquarters. Participate in monthly inventory management by completing parts inventory aging reports, confirming write‑off requests, and reconciling inventory assets to reduce company risk. Prepare, review, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Prepare material for outside audit, including accounting reports, system change and/or update information, and accounting policy updates, and respond to audit issues and requests. Other duties as assigned. Education / Experience (Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 1‑3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment. Bilingual in Korean and English (preferred). Thorough understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting principles. Accuracy and strong attention to detail; a right‑first‑time attitude and approach. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a deadline‑driven environment.
