As a Shift Coordinator, you'll step into the action, leading a team of Team Members and gaining hands-on experience in every part of running a successful restaurant. What You'll Own

Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift
Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy
Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance
Review shift results and spot opportunities to improve
Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in on the floor when needed

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience
A strong sense of guest service and team leadership
Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed
