Overview Fin Operator Assistant – Tulsa, OK Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Location: Tulsa, OK Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10 Schedule) Job Type: Full-Time Job Order #: 124920 The Fin Operator Assistant is a dependable and mechanically inclined member of a growing manufacturing team. This role supports production machine operators while learning critical manufacturing processes and developing toward an operator-level position. The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and seeking a long-term career in a production environment. Responsibilities Assist machine operators with loading and monitoring production equipment Rotate between multiple machines and production areas as needed Support loading and unloading trucks and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Learn machine operations and production processes Support production goals and workflow requirements Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Develop skills necessary to advance into machine operator positions Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and learn new manufacturing processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to grow and develop skills Work Environment Manufacturing and production environment with exposure to machinery, moving materials, and industrial equipment. Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement. Team-oriented environment focused on safety, productivity, and quality.
