Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join Dukami Enterprises in the Stockton area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our digital marketing and IT services. The Sales Manager will play a key role in generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with clients across various industries. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Stockton market Generate leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels Pitch and sell services of Dukami Enterprises (SEO, web development, PPC, etc.) Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for client delivery Analyze market trends and competitor activities Track and report sales performance Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development Experience in digital marketing / IT services / B2B sales preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Leadership and team management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus) Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Epadosi
