Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Requirements:
- Active New York State RN License/Registration
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent Critical Care experience within the last 2 years in a comparable acute care facility
- Previous Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience required
- Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred
- Travelers must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size and acuity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide high-quality nursing care across multiple Critical Care units as assigned
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
- Administer medications, treatments, and critical care interventions
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while ensuring quality patient care
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Strong ICU and trauma care background
- EPIC EMR proficiency
- Excellent critical-thinking and clinical decision-making skills
