Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to lead clinical nutrition services at Grandview Medical Center, a growing acute-care hospital and Level III Trauma Center in Birmingham.

This is more than a traditional clinical dietitian position. As Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will lead and develop a team of nutrition professionals, advance evidence-based clinical practices, contribute to quality and patient-experience initiatives, and collaborate directly with hospital and food-service leadership.

This opportunity is ideal for an RDN who enjoys both clinical practice and people leadership—and wants a visible role with the ability to shape programs, improve outcomes, and develop a high-performing team.

Competitive salary of $90,000–$95,000

$5,000 sign-on bonus

We're seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead a dynamic team of Dietitians, promote innovative nutrition programs, and elevate patient care through evidence-based practice. What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical nutrition team
• Establish priorities and ensure consistent, evidence-based nutrition care
• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Advance quality-improvement, regulatory, and patient-experience initiatives
• Partner with food-service leadership on menus, formularies, clinical standards, and patient satisfaction
• Educate patients, families, hospital staff, and community members
• Support staff development, onboarding, training, and dietetic internship experiences when applicable
• Help identify and implement innovative approaches to improve nutrition outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential
• At least two years of professional experience
• State licensure or willingness to obtain required licensure
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, clinical, and organizational skills
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
• A genuine interest in developing people and improving patient care
