Position Overview

As a physician placed through Momentum HCS, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Opportunities are available in hospital-based, outpatient, and specialty practice settings, allowing physicians to practice at the top of their training while making a meaningful impact on the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within your area of specialty.
• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate, and patient-focused care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in the applicable specialty.
• Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• DEA registration, as applicable.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
