Job Description Commercial Technical Assistant Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Technical Assistant to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our service team by handling ID cards, policy detailing, and addressing basic client inquiries. Compensation Package Salary : $55,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience) Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Process ID cards and policy details with accuracy and efficiency. Respond to basic client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring clear and professional communication. Collaborate with the service team and Account Manager to support client needs. Utilize Epic software to manage and update client accounts. Work with carriers such as CHUBB, Cincinnati, Travelers, FCCI, Selective, and Philadelphia to ensure seamless policy management. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Epic software is preferred. Soft Skills : Strong phone communication skills, attention to detail, ability to articulate clearly, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Work Environment : Must be able to work onsite in Pittsburgh for the first six months. Flexibility for a hybrid schedule may be considered thereafter. LI-DC2
