A board-eligible/board-certified family or internal medicine physician is sought to join a thriving health center in Crown Point, Indiana, to meet the growing demand for primary care services. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on medical illnesses, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle guidance. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, collaborative, and dedicated to building strong patient and community relationships.
